Formulations & Skin Care

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Every formula is crafted in small batches using gentle plant oils, cold-pressed botanicals, and minimal irritants—specifically formulated with sensitive skin in mind. If you are experiencing an active flare-up or have known allergies, we always recommend conducting a patch test on your inner arm 24 hours prior to full use.

Will your bath salts or bombs stain my bath or skin?

No. We formulate with water-soluble, bath-safe colorants that do not stain the skin or porcelain. Because natural oils and mineral pigments can occasionally cling to light soap residue, we recommend enjoying your bath in a clean tub and rinsing lightly with warm water after soaking.

Where are Mad Passion products made?

All of our products are designed, formulated, and hand-poured in micro-batches right here in our Canberra studio. Nothing is mass-manufactured or pre-bought.

Orders, Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost within Australia?

We offer a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $12.95 across Australia via Australia Post. For all orders over $100, standard shipping is complimentary.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Because every order is hand-packed with care in our Canberra studio, dispatch takes 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on Australia Post’s network, but standard transit generally takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Can I send an order as a gift to someone else?

Absolutely. During checkout, simply enter your recipient’s address in the shipping details. If you would like us to include a personal handwritten note, feel free to leave your message in the order notes at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Australia to ensure our micro-batch formulations arrive quickly and in optimal condition.

Returns & Guarantees

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your ritual. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 14 days of receipt at info@madpassionskincare.com.au. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Note: Returns due to customer input error (such as an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout) can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
