Can I order from outside Australia?

 Sorry, but we do not offer worldwide shipping at this time. 

How long will it take to deliver my order?  

Orders take 1-2 business days to pack and send. Please allow longer during Christmas and Sales. Delivery times will vary due to location and Australia Post network. You can find estimates here.

What is your returns policy? 

Products can be returned within 14 days. Item/s must be in the original packaging and in the same condition it was
received. Items returned due to incorrect address supplied by the customer at the checkout can only be reshipped at the customers’ expense.
Customers that wish to return item/s must do so at their own expense.

How does my order get sent?

All deliveries will be sent through Australia Post.

Can I send an order to someone in a differenct location? ( e.g. as a gift) 

Of course you can. Just enter the recipients address and details in the shipping method section at the checkout.

Will your bath bombs stain me or my bath?

 No, they are water soluble bomb specific dye.  Colourants may stick to soap scum so make sure your bath tub is clean.

 Are your bath bombs safe to use with sensitive skin?

We have formulated our bath and body products to suit sensitive skin, as we ourselves suffer from skin conditions. We do recommend these products are not used during flare ups however. Products may still cause irritation for some individuals, so we recommend that you try a patch test.
